Had a hard time lately, family member ill and died interstate, mother still interstate on her own. I use my phone to keep in touch with her on her mobile. IInet decide prior to issuing an account that my bill is too high - all my bills have been paid on time, no warning to me, even though I received txts telling me I would get an explanation, I had to ring them to find out what was happening. The installation is very very slow, when the support from customer service's expensive and useless. I feel people in customer service of TPG really lack responsibility
