Cons: slow misleading support

Comments: unable to provide me with the service speed that I am paying for as bandwidth speed is poor during peak hours from 3pm to 11pm cant do anything online during peak period due to slow connection speed ,as compensation they said I would get for free a turbo boost on my legacy account but hasnt been provided,as I havent seen a change in my connection speed.

Pros: Fast and affordable

Cons: Connection goes down every now and then

Comments: I am overall quite happy with Netspace.

The connection is very fast and 100GB for $59/month is excellent value.

The only problem I have is that it seems to go down about once a week and I have to reset my router to get it up again. Not a major issue but just a bit annoying.

They were able to activate Naked ADSL without me having to connect a phone which was a big bonus.

Pros: cheap plans

Cons: unreliable tech support, no email response, long wait phone support, unreliable accounting system

Comments: Customer service overall is appalling, most times I would wait for up to an hour for phone contact (all departments) and email contact doesn't exist. Technical support is a hit & miss affair, some of their techies are well knowledged but that is usually accompanied by arrogance and the trainees won't deviate from their set troubleshooting plans to listen to owner of the computer and past experiences. I was with Netspace for over 4 years..I kept giving them another chance, as it's better the devil you know than the devil you don't. Though, eventually I had to change and I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner! I have very little to like about Netspace...probably their plan prices are the their best asset but that wears thin when nothing else is of any quality.

I would NOT recommend Netspace to anyone. My daughter recently signed up to a naked DSL plan with them and after countless hours with technical support and a massive mobile phone bill she still doesn't have wireless connection even though she has paid for a modem with built in router. She does however suffer with anxiety over the whole deal and can't wait to be free from Netspace. Shocking company..should be shut down!

Comments: I just moved into a new place without an active phone connection. I don't need a phone so wanted to get Naked ADSL2.

Netspace is the only company that would connect me to Naked ADSL2 without first having to get Telstra or Optus to connect the phone line and disconnect it again.

This process saved me hundreds of dollars.

Pros: Free PIPE, reliable network, Gamespace, TUCOWS

Cons: Expensive

Comments: Very happy in every aspect except for cost. I would definately be willing to pay a little more for such a rock solid service but not *that* much more. Hoping it reduces before I do the churn thing.
