Pros: i thought price

Cons: inflexible customer service inability to admit possible computer fault at their end.

Comments: NEVER NEVER sign up with EXETEL. They have happily billed me for 3 months of service for a service they didnt connect properly, when I rang to have it connected they informed me somehow i got my address wrong on the application form- it was correct for billing and delivery and the tech knew where to come but apparently I missed my unit no. for where it counted for the service address- as if! no possibility their form stuffed up. Ok how do we fix it? I have to pay them more to have a tech come out and connect it to MY unit AND I have to pay an early cancellation fee for a service that never started. No ifs, no buts, no compromise. So I said I would pay their dam cancellation fee and they have lost me as a customer- i'm not paying them twice. What a fantastic scam. I want to warn others not to get sucked in.

Pros: Zilch

Cons: Everything

Comments: This company has secretly charged me $5 for 2 years and is refusing to refund me. They offered me a free service, then apparently decided to charge me without me ever giving my consent have now noticed ive been charged for TWO YEARS. Refused to refund me or even sincerely apologise, they offered me $20 'as goodwill' - i have been customer around 10 years (until now)

LAUGHABLE

Pros: To change a plan is very easy. Heaps of download limit & pay less for it. 24hr tech service. Been with them for 7 years, give $5 discount.

Cons: Everything is done online, so when internet goes down, you can't logon to list a complaint. Outsourced to India for Tech support.

Comments: Been with Exetel for 7 years. Their plans are cheaper and more download limits than all others. If the internet goes down, it is not Exetels fault, Telstra is the blame every time. I have no problems with them. They even have NBN plans that are cheaper than Telstra etc.

Pros: Great value with large download limits

Cons: None

Comments: Exetel offers amazing download limits (off peak especially) at very low cost. Cost for additional data is also very cheap at $1 per Gbyte.
Having had both residential and business accounts with Exetel, I have never had any reliability issues and connection speed has always been as advertised if not better.
Exetel webpage is easy to use and allows you to perform all account management functions without calling an operator. A wide range of add-ons and extras are available such as SMS, VoIP, wireless.
Exetel are great value for money and are highly recommended.

Pros: Good Speed. Good Value for money.

Cons: Can't think of....

Comments: They dont charge any download from night 1:00 to morning 7:00. Moreover they even dont charge for all uploads in the total allotted. 1 GB is currently allotted in this plan and 1 GB exceeding each GB is only 3.5$. which is really gr8.
