Pros: Was easy to conect was fantastic untill last year

Cons: Slow, lot of down time, rude reps

Comments: When I signed up I would tell everyone how good Eftel ADSL2 + Phone service was Great, Speed, Great service, For the last few months my speed has dropped spoke to the for 3 months until finally had to put in complaint with Ombudsman,my ADSL2 speed has slown down to 0.69 on last test. Spoke to them lady was so rude just kept telling me if I wanted to she would cancel me straight away very pushy and rude. I would tel anyone stayaway for this Company the worst telc operating in Australia cant wait for Current Affairs to do a story on them.

Pros: Good Customer and Technical Support

Cons: Billing information not clear

Comments: Eftel wasn't my first choice and I only found out about them from their sister company (Club Telco). As I hadn't heard of them before, I was a little unsure, however, as I live in suburb classed as regional my ADSL options where limited.

Fast phone line connection and ADSL activation and have very happy with their customer support during sign-up and connection.

Prices are comparable to other companies.

The only negative is their billing information and payment system. They only have direct debt auto-pay available for new customers. Having a choice to pay by other means even from a small fee would be nice as sometimes I don't have the money in my bank account at the time of the DD.

Would be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Comments: I am pretty happy with my choice but I would probably think there are better options out there at the moment.
