It just works

Simple and easy to deal with.

Harder to get live support.

As far as everything goes, I have been fairly happy with MyRepublic for my FTTN connection. Any of the actual issues I have stem back to issues with NBN Co (pricing, rain soaking the copper phone lines, etc etc).

They HAD better support options when I first signed up, but it seems to have gone a lot more automated now. Whether this is due to covid affecting their support workers or something else, I don't know.

This is a perfectly fine provider that I would happily sign up with again in the future.

Fast internet ..reliable

Have never had a problem.. the internet is super fast and never drops out and they are also easy to communicate with and ever so happy to answer any questions or worries I might have

Decent good value experience.

Fast. Quick and Easy. No drop outs.

Customer support tends to be slow.

Somebody else activated broadband at my address by accident. Took tech support along time to reactivate it back to me. They did however maintain my deal and pricing.

Consistent performer and havent had issues

Connection has been consistent and speeds average, but I think that's due to my location.
Have rarely needed to contact support but when I have queried they have been helpful

Potential to be the best

Affordable packages and good running speeds.

Huge variance in speeds. Slows down often creating some issues with online gaming. Little to no customer care

MyRepublic has been a great provider despite a few major hiccups. Initial connection took over 6 weeks and another 13 weeks when i changed address. This is primarily NBNs fault but i do not feel i was looked after at all. Speeds are good ,even overclocking sometimes, but they are Not consistent and fluctuate wildly.
Prices are more than fair and have a variety of options to suit each household.
I honestly believe MyRepublic could be the best provider in the market if they just showed more concern for their clients.
