first off, some clarification. I only use iinet now for mail that is forwarded from my domain host in USA now. Used to have full account when in Perth. Had to fill in the above fields to submit this review. Hope thats ok with readers. For the second time (once when I was a full customer) iinet have chosen to reject mail from my hosts in the US. Has been 4 or 5 days now and quite unacceptable. I have called both severs. The US one on to it straight away and answered quickly. iinet informed and absolutely nothing happening. Calls made and waiting over 35 minutes then give up. Emails written to customer support, no replies so far. Had a look for a complaint form, no luck there either. Oh well, I guess the only avenue left is ombudsman... The issue and fault clearly lies with iinet, no question there. And remember this has happened twice. Be warned that customer support is woeful with this company. Time to move on methinks
