If you were ever thinking about going with Dodo....RUN AWAY!!! please trust me. I never bother to write reviews, but the world must know. Dodo is Australia\'s worst ISP and has the worst service by far. Your connection will probably not work, if it does work, it will be terrible. If you have a problem, you will have to speak with 30 people overseas, day after day, just to get if fixed. In my case, I had no internet for 2 weeks, after calling tech support and trying to get it fixed, we finally worked out that dodo hadn\'t connected my line yet, because there was no signal, just a silent line. They escalated the problem and said they\'d send a guy out to look at the line, and that if the problem was on my end that it\'d cost $220, but if it was Dodo\'s fault, it would be fixed for free. They sent a text saying on the 17th they\'d fix the connection. That day came round, and the problem was fixed, my internet just started working on that date, no one knocked on my door, it just started working. I thought, great! finally after all this time they\'ve fixed the bad setup job they did. A day later they called to say I owe them $220 because there was no fault, that there was never a fault on their end... WTF! i changed no settings on my adsl, it was just plugged in for a week, then on the 17th, the day they said they\'d fix it, it started working, then they tell me that they found no fault? WTF! I had to go through hell to get any resolution, wasted many whole days. NEVER GO WITH DODO, they will screw you out of your money and the worst part is, it will be near impossible to speak to someone in Australia that can communicate with you on the issue.

Surely I would advice to be very careful with DODO, and my own experience is not a happy one. Service is terrible, usage of my traffic is twice higher than should be, at the start of my contract I have received unexplained charges, would not trust them with my credit card, so I'm paying by BPay, that is charged $1.10 extra for the pleasure.
