Quick to take your money and impossible to get it back! We have been with tpg for years, and recently relocated to a different address. We requested for our Internet to be transferred over to the new house, this mind you takes 10 working days, after the tenth day we called up muliple times with different operators and support personnels just to be told its not possible for us to have adsl for there is a problem with our cabling and that we should get telstra to look into our connection. With this misleading information, we then focus our attention on Telstra to get our line working.... As it turns out after another week of calling up Telstra, we were told its actually tpg that has no cable infursucture to our area. While this is all happening mind you, I\\\\\\\'m still paying for my monthly contract payment. Since tpg can not provide us with adsl Internet, we logically have to cancel our account. Instead of being understanding, again we got passed around with different case managers in different departments every time we call up. They make it near impossible for us to cancel our account! They then send us emails with cancelation fees, 30 days written confirmation and I\\\\\\\'m still paying ...this is ridiculous! We tried to dispute the fees and it is still process after 2 weeks with no results. I\\\\\\\'m so frustrated with their lack of customer service, why am I paying cancellation fees and monthly payments when clearly they can not provide the service!
