Pros: nothing they are bad
Cons: billing is months ahead, poor service and incorrect advice , equipment failures and unuseable hand set

Do not use, they have confusing billing that is 2 months ahead, there bob unit constantly fails, land line calls fail regulary and same with out going... really slow for price and plan we are on... locked into useless contract

I'm a representative from iiNet and I'm interested in the issues raised by Charusd. There can be problems with hardware or services at times, however we can work to fix things up so it does work properly. If you give us a call on 13 22 58 we can run through some troubleshooting to work out the causes of particular problems and fix issues or if needed we can replace hardware (such as the BoB unit) or lodge a fault and have a tech sent out to investigate service issues (landline/speed issues).

Regarding the billing, billing for ADSL and phone services is for one month from the due date on the invoice ("one month in advance"). So if the due date of my invoice is the 28/8, that bill will be for services from 28/8-28/9.
