I wanted to have an account with tpg because of the cheap plan. It wasnt working after they told me that installation was complete. I am not good with computers so i asked a friend to help me out. My friend spoke with tpg for about 2 hours to because he cannot find anything wrong with the modem and connections. Tpg said they will send a technician. I waited for the technician on the proposed date but the technician never came. I called them back for another appointment but still no technician and as well as the day after. I was getting annoyed as it takes forever to get the connection. I asked to cancel my account because i was not happy with them and since i was never connected i asked for my money back. After the long arguments, they agreed to give my money back. After 3 months i haven\'t got my money back and i was charged for the 3 months. I called them up spoke with 5 different people
, even the supervisor and manager, and argued about the 3 month charge. Mind you people, the manager raised his voice first at me and told me i was not getting a cancellation. Well, my final resort was complaining to the ombudsman. After 2 weeks i got all my money back and an apology email from tpg. I never want to talk to them again. Lucky my friend moved in with me and He relocated his internet connection. My friend is with tpg.
