Hi Keikoyong,

We appreciate your feedback and apologise for the seemingly poor experience you've had with us in the past. I would like to advise that we have, and are continuing to, work very hard on improving our call wait times. We have employed a new wave of representatives in the last couple of months, who have completed training and are now resulting in reasonable call wait times, much lower than you have mentioned.

I also noticed that you connected to our 20GB promo plan, which was amongst the best deals in Australia. So, I was wondering why you rated us so poorly in the 'value' category?
