Pros: Reasonable if you do not have tech issues or are thinking about leaving
Cons: Terrible if you want to leave and poor technical and weekend service

Try to leave or get Tech support from this mob - unwavering, unaccomodating, unfriendly unhelpful - this company is ok is you are prepared to put up with slow speeds on the weekends etc, terrible tech support, and read the fine print -if you can find any rules if you are out of contract and leaving for a better deal! They are hard and fast on their rules, 30 days notice for which you pay up front, after which they remove your internet and take 3-5 working days to remove their codes so you can reconnect with another carrier, effectively you are without internet for about for approx 2 weeks. Worst company for customer service I have ever dealt with!
