I am unhappy because they cut my landline off when they tried to take a direct debit out of my account 10 days before the bill was due. My elderly mother relies on that service to be able to call me or for help if something should happen to her.
I rand them and was told they would reinstate it. Didn't happen. Next day they said I had exceeded my call allowance. My mother has been without a phone for four days now. I just want out of our contract with this pathetic excuse for a company. Do not go with iinet!

Hi Stocky61,

We don't disconnect home phones for non bill payment, especially how you mentioned the invoice was not due at the time.

Could it have potentially been a line fault which took your phone down?
Were you given an appointment time by us when you called to advise the line was not working?

How is the status of the connection now?
