I am with spintel ADSL2+ broadband since January this year.

Last month around 20th March my phone and internet went Dead.

At the same time I saw some telstra workmen working in the street pit, they were gone when I found out that my internet and phone are both dead.

I contacted Spintel straight away, they did their local /loop etc testing and said to me that they escalate it to optus now to fix it.

next day I get email saying that it will be fixed by the end of the day 28th March

nothing changed

I contacted Spintel again on 29th, they said they will get back to me in an hour or so... nothing happened

then it was sunday

today on 31st March I contacted spintel again and then they sent me same email again with different date to fix it... which means another one week ... 7th April.

for how long can they keep gioing like one week, one week extenstions,

I dont know what are my options and rights now..
