Cons: No support. No knowledge, Ruined my life

Signed up for service, was sent wrong modem, finally got connected, worked unusable and slowly for 12 hours, wouldn\\\'t reconnect, tried for hours to get support again to get through, they did something, I than could reconnect but at less than 150kps, spent hours waiting on hold again. was told to send speedtest. sent 12 speed-tests over 2 days, was told nothing wrong. I told them to cancel contract as was not even usable let alone acceptable. I rang 3 times in a week (spending up to 2 hours on hold) to confirm cancellation. Despite me asking on numerous occasions i was never supplied a return address for the modem. have since been harassed daily by either Spintel or Dun and Bradstreet for the last 4 months chasing me for money. (that i don\\\'t owe)
