Pros: Minimum outages
Cons: Policy to not compensate clients when they waste their time and inability for customer service staff to take adequate notation of troubleshooting already preformed

6 weeks to relocate... almost 10 phone calls all of which are over an hour because each customer service rep has to rerun test that have been run multiple times already!!! Requirement to purchase a landline phone even though a naked service and the is no sync light on modem even though mode was tested at other premises. Requirement to rush home from work in middle of the day for 2 hours to let a technician in to say what I said all along, the wrong house was connected.

Compensation = ONLY days paid for service that I haven\'t had the service and the $20 landline phone.

Terrible customer service, wouldn\'t even give me a month credit for stuffing me and my work around as well as taking up all that time! Used to love iinet but will be looking at other full price providers that value their customers now!

After I got a reply the the above via phone this was what the outcome was:
Thanks for the call to reiterate that iinet doesn\'t value their customers or their time and has a policy to not compensate for inconvenience even in a situation where you have broken your contractual obligations. I look forward to discussing further iinet\'s incompetence with your solutions department!

So they clearly dont value their customers time or experience as they are unwilling to compensate them for terrible service. This I can only think is due to them have contracts with customers.
