Pros: its cheap and the internet speed is good when there is no issue
Cons: poor technical support when they cant fix it over the phone

My internet dropped out at 9am on a thursday all of a sudden. its saturday morning now and problem still not fixed. I was told because its over the weekend I have to wait till monday 7pm to get a text or a phone call to advise when a tpg technician can visit my property.they know what the problem is, a cable cut at the mdf, mind you i have been connected the last 1.5yrs. so that will be 5 whole days without connection even though they know what the problem is and I was told by the engineer its something that they can fix easily and have technicians working over the weekends. The best part is they told me my case has been prioritised already!
