Pros: Rates are competitive, though I see when I look about perhaps not worth the pain I go through regularly
Cons: Customer support is all about BLAME. Problem is my modem (bought new one, no difference). Problem is my hourse wiring (not true after testing). Problem is Telstra (yes, but I'm NOT Telstra's customer and they FAIL miserably when it comes to advocating on my behalf.

Eight-nine years with iiNet, but the last few years have been challenging. Same recurring line faults, but they simply do not have the interest, clout, motivation, resources to fix it. Have a rather senior support resource at my disposal for a couple of months now, but that only means I receive pestering phone calls asking me about my service when all is going well, and when it isn't I hear "sorry I'll make sure this is fixed." Zero progress - actually less than zero, service has become decidely worse lately. I hesitate to switch providers since as another provider's new client I might be seen as more dispensable (if that is possible). I despise iiNet, but I am not sure there is better out there.
