We have been with TPG for about 9 months now. Right from the start we have had issues with speed and dropouts. We have had telstra technicians out who \'fix\' the issue, we get a month or so of stress free internet only to have the issues start occurring again.

After 9 months of painful internet issues I asked to be let out of my contract due to not receiving the service I am paying for only to be told that I would then have to pay half the monthly fee for the remainder of my 24 month contract if I do so.

The staff showed no empathy and didn\'t seem to care at all that a lack of internet was affecting my ability to perform my job. They told me if I wasn\'t happy I should email them and cancel and pay the fee.
