Pros: cheap - in the end, is it really?
Cons: drop outs, surprise charges, obscure invoicing, rude staff

Comments:
Highly, highly, dodgy - they use direct debit so watch your account statements.

Advertised as cheap, but over six years we TWICE caught them taking cash out of our account without authorization as supposed additional fees.

Only after carefully going through bank and invoice statements on both occasions, did we have a case to get charges reversed. This was not before dealing with highly rude, obstinate (at one point aggressive) staff who are clearly trained to stonewall logic for the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s benefit.

Staff don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t seem to record discussions on a central system, so you\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'re required to explain things repeatedly to each person you talk to.

Connection was not that great-- after changing providers we finally found out it was TPG that was rubbish, not just congestion in our area. Dropouts every night during peak times, sometimes making the connection unusable.

They say they\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'re cheap, but actually make up for their ticket price in other ways. Better to go with a company with a hint of an ethical pulse.
