Pros: It offers service to some regional areas
Cons: Poor management, billing,poor calling option to customer representative & more

I was informed misleading information of broadband connection.
They could not connect/ arrange connection as promised
I was billed the for the period I was not even connected.
It took 40 minutes to sort out the billing issue
In the next bill that amount was added, on top of that another $240 came in my peaceful life.
It took me 25 minutes to get a customer representative and another 35 minutes to resolve it.
Every time I call them I have to pass with all of my security details, even though they transfer the call to other representative.
They do not have any B-pay account/ provide BSB details which means I have to additional surcharge.
From the last week of August to date I have spent more than 4 hours for resolving my issues, even today which means I have to pay additional amount (call charge)for resolving the issues.
I shall keep 2 hours to talk to their representative in every month.

I wonder how this business can survive in the market for 18 years!!!!!!
