Comments:
To start, it took them 3 weeks to get people out to connect us. First bill came and we were being charged full amount even though we were on a plan, so had to call about that. They fixed it up and we waited for our modem to be delivered, when we felt we'd been waiting a while we called up and they said it had been delivered even thought it had not, so we came to the conclusion that the courier stole it and they said they would send a new one out free of cost and a new bill would come with updated usage as we were being charged the whole time we were not connected. This bill incorrect charges on it (the full price for the second modem) so we had to call about that again. This person confirmed with us that we would be given discounts for the amount of trouble we went thru, told us the last amount to pay and to ignore all other invoices, which are apparently generated every time they make a change. we were then charged $100 more than the person quoted on the phone, and when we called up about that saying that we had the proof in the last invoice they emailed, they said that two more invoices we generated after that one and they would have to listen to the phone call to check that we verbally confirmed that we'd have to pay the amount we were expecting. They said we were right but we still had to pay the larger amount. When we pointed out that this was the person that works for iinet's fault, quoting and sending the wrong amount and that we as customers should not have to suffer for their mistakes, not only financially but with the amount of time spent on the phone waiting and explaining every time a new bill came what we've gone thorough, they ignored that basically and said they couldn't refund us.
Basically, very frustrating to deal with of you want a correct bill of what you think you owe them.
