Pros: Seemilgy cheap plans
Cons: Very very rude, poor and incompetent customer service

Tried to sign-up to TPG last August but found that by signing up over the phone they lost my account details twice. So I had to give them my details once again including my optus account info so they could transfer our optus number over to TPG. After the second attempt they eventually set me up and took down my credit card details and informed me that our modem would arrive within 3-5 business days and that the installation would take place within two to three weeks. After two weeks the modem hadn't arrived so I called up to ask where it was and when to expect it, low and behold they said they couldn't find me in their system at all, and went on to tell me that I hadn't even signed up to a contract at all, accusing me of lying. I asked where did my credit card details end up and they said they never took it down. After many more emails back and forth I decided to stick with OPTUS who are much more expensive but provide much better customer service and I trust they won't "lose" my credit card details and account information the same way the incompetent TPG staff did.
