Pros: Cheap internet.
Cons: Zero customer service. Internet constantly drops out.

Comments:
Extremely poor Internet and customer service. When I first joined with dodo, the Internet speed was slower than dial up. The first operator said that this was the best speed that could be achieved due to my location. I knew this was wrong as the speed was so slow. I called the next day and still had no resolution. The 3rd operator was able to see how slow it was and rectified the issue. I rang dodo up recently to change my plan. It was 6 pm when I rang.I spoke to the operator and he put me on hold whilst he checked a few details. Moments later, he confirmed the new plan that I wanted to go on and put me on hold again. I kept hearing the guys in the background every now and then in between the "on hold " music. I think the guy was checking to see if I was still holding. This went on for an hour until an automated recording came on and said that I had called after hours and automatically cut me off. The operator had purposely kept me on hold for 45 minutes till it was home time. I had steam coming out of my ears! I then rang the next day and expressed my anger, then I was told that I couldn't change to the special advertised plan as I needed the phone line rental as well, which is fair enough. Why they couldn't explain that to me the previous day is beyond me. You know how they ask you to stay on the line to give a review of the service? They made sure that they hung up as this option came up. Since that phone call, my Internet speed has slowed down dramatically and constantly drops out. I am using 3g on my phone at the moment as I don't have an Internet connection. I tried ringing these guys tonight, but after waiting to speak to an operator for 42 minutes, I gave up. This is the Tiger Airlines of Internet providers. Cheap and nasty, could not give a rats about their customers, just want your money. A bunch of amateurs.
