Pros: I don't see any positives
Cons: There are so many that it makes me sick to even think about it

Dodo must be the poorest internet service provider currently operating in Australia. I can bet that even third world countries do not have such a poor team than dodo has. I have been continously reporting issues with with my ADSl from june 2015 and its jan 2016 now and nobody in Dodo gives a damn care.I am locked in a 2-year contract, can't afford to terminate it as they charge a lot. Can't get along with them as the internet and everything from customer service to technical team are so reluctant and pathetic that after a while you feel so contaminated by their reluctantness. now i am developing apetition and facebook group raising awareness about Dodo because if somebody had done that in past i would not have ended up paying them $60 a month from my credit card for such a shit service. Dodo makes your life a torture. I would call everyone who have been deliberately neglected by dodo team to come forward and make people ware how they are cheating Australians with a shit service and misleading advertisement.
