I am like everyone else here. I have been with Dodo for over 10 years and initially when they kept taking money out of my account and overcharging, I cancelled the credit card so they bill me and I pay each month and never had a problem. I have phone internet but only use internet. Then my internet speed was very slow and I was getting 0.3 to 0.64 mbps when the website says its up to 24 mbps, after 6 weeks they sent Optus out to and they fixed this but he said even though I am 2 kms from exchange the best I will get is 7 or 8 mbps NOT 24 as listed. I was getting 7 mbps until Easter and back to 0.64 and of course cannot contact anyone at Dodo. Also looked at car insurance and the sales person said if I took up the insurance they would give me one months free internet/phone usage so I accepted and they said they have emailed the account dept. I just got my bill for $74.90 and spent 40 minutes with Dodo going from department to department, first to Tech dept because they thought I want a credit on slow internet, another did not understand or speak English well so I went online and discussed with a Stephanie and she said I have to phone car insurance section who then said no and went backwards and forwards. And now they only want to give internet credit of $29.90 and only after I have had the policy for a month. I am about to ditch all phone/internet and car insurance with this company. They have declined so much it would be hard to even rate them
