Signed up for an ADSL2+ plan, working ok for a while then one day I came home and I could not surf the internet - it redirected me to the Dodo website which said I had exceeded my data limit. This came as a surprise since I had an UNLIMITED plan. Called tech support, they asked me 5 minutes worth of ID verification questions...then transferred me through to another person who...asked me those same ID verification questions again - tech support didn't have anything productive to say except switch off the modem then switch it off again. I had to go after half an hour so arranged Dodo to call me back. They never did. I called again, and after half an hour on hold, finally got through to a 'Level 3 Technical Support' person who asked switch off the modem then switch it off again- after 1 hour of switching it on and off they finally admitted that it was a known network wide issue which they were working to resolve. Why wasn't they just disclose this at the start!??!?! It would have saved a lot of my time!!!! 5 days later, Dodo still have not resolved the problem, and multiple calls to their tech support area have been useless. I have terminated my contract with Dodo as a result, as I need internet which works. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM GOING WITH DODO - MY EXPERIENCE IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLUELESS TECH SUPPORT!
