Hello - I have been waiting for a tech at home to do the lead in work. Still not here, over 3 months without any internet at our new house.
Ref Number for this job - 283865858.
Please let me know how i can cancel all services with you that have been started as well as all accounts. This is a joke and is not good enough in 2016. It also seems there are many other iiNet customers who have no service and get no customer service from you. I wish i never signed up with iiNet.

Just to let you know, i just got off the phone from Telstra (02 9506 0700) the soonest someone can be on our site is 1st of August. I'm guessing this is some sort of a joke right? Please make sure, when the iiNet staff member calls me this afternoon they are a Team Leader or Manager and have them ready to cancel any accounts or service under my name with iiNet or Telstra Lead in cable team plus have it all written in an email for documentation.

This is a complete joke and cannot believe the service (or lack of) i have got with you all. (No wonder i went to Optus for my mobile account!!)

I will also make this known to the public via social media etc. that in 2016 iiNet and Telstra cannot provide a telephone line + internet for upto 5 months for a new house.
