Cons: Everything about this company is negative and due to hefty disconnection fee I can't even come out of it before 24 months

I have no good things to say about this company.
We engaged with this company nearly 2 years ago. From day one with how long it took to give us internet connection to today everything was always our fault, never theirs. They took 30 days to connect our broadband first time and the connection has always been poor. We called them several times and all they can come up with is telling us to troubleshoot with them and they find that theres nothing wrong with their internet and it must be our devices. How is it that this is the matter of fact for every single TPG user? Then they sent out a technician once and they never bothered to give us an update to what has happened or if that technician ever turned up. Their finding again nothing was wrong. Upon trying to cancel my contract with them they told me I have to pay a massive cancellation fee. They try and rinse you every way possible. Here we are paying our full bill with no solution to their poor services.

I would never ever recommend them to anyone. I would like to see how this company thrives with their poor network.
