Pros: Good sales team that sounds very friendly
Cons: Thiefs, Liars, Ruthless, waste your time, twist your info

Beware: the sals team do sound very friendly but they promise what they can not deliver. You will end up with no Internet like me and money missing in your account. Lots of time wasted on the lengthy calls that lead nowhere. After they take your money always in advance and sign you for the longest contract possible. They will make you wait without Internet for 20 days, send all technicians to holidays at once and refuse to refund your money. It took over 2 months of phonecalls to finally break the news to me that they are keeping my money for nothing they did nothing for me apart for stealing and lying. The worst company in Australia. Do not even think about it!
