Service is appalling. It appears as if they are playing games with customers - I called up to inquire as to why my internet was intermittent and by the end of the call I had no internet connection at all, a few days later, no phone line. 15 days later, 7 calls over 300mins later, no fix and no plan on how to fix. Every time I call up they say they will lodge a fault and have someone call me. No one calls. When I call back, they say they will lodge a fault and they don't know what happened with the last call and thof y will call me back. This has happened so may times it feels like a joke. The service is nonexistent, they way the call centres say sorry repeatedly but don't actually do anything differently is appalling and is bad human behaviour. iiNet are a deplorable company and I would not want anyone else to go through this experience. It causes a lot of stress and anxiety and is very upsetting. iiNet are thieves - they take money and do not provide the service/product that you pay for. In 2017 it is inconceivable that internet services can not be provided with consistency and that a company that advertises as friendly and helpful is noting but. iiNet are deceptive and stressful to deal with.
