I have been a 10+ year customer with them. As a result of storm damage, the line had to be replaced. They send an engineer and did an illegal job. Lines entangled with 220V Power cables, sticky taped etc. As of then we had a really bad connection 90% of the time (0.3Mbps max). All their engineers acknowledged this was the problem. After 9 months of no usable service their final solution is they offered me to switch provider!!!!! Seriously, this must be a joke!!! But no the meant it :-(. I hired my own technicians to replace their illegal connected line (I have photo's etc to proof it). Now I have internet again and it looks since the last 6 months they went into the oversubscribing their customers to milk as much money out of their customers before NBN arrives. 3 times I had to call in the last 4 weeks because internet service was not usable. They did something in the back and Whoala it worked again. I logged a complaint with TIOO and they are useless as well. They did not want to help and did not care about the illegal connected line. They wanted to get rid of me as the situation was too complex so they became technical with their legal terms. I have a university degree but had no clue what they were saying. TPG in the end offered me 2 Months compensation for almost 12 months of having no usable internet (which I paid for). Stay away from this Mob if you can! They are all overseas will listen and don’t provide solution, dragging it to keep you paying!!!
