Moved into new office space (to floors down in the same building), IInet communicated poorly over who would take responsibility for the physical connection. No issue paid an additional $525 to get a third party in to make the connection.

Somehow they gave use a new landline number and disconnected the business number we had been using for four years. Honest mistake I'm sure. After contacting them to get it changed back because our clients were getting a disconnection notice, the customer service officer explained that it was likely our fault but no real explanation why.

He then huffs and puffed about changing it back and that it would be a couple of days, I highlighted again that it was our business number and our lively hood. This had no real impact as he put me on hold for 30 minutes straight.

I asked to speak with his manager hoping to move things along, this made no difference and asked to speak to his manager which I was told they were to busy to speak with me and that they may get back to me in a week (never happened). So phone line was reconnected after two days great.

One week later they disconnect the internet connection; I contact them again after being on hold I am told they it looks like a DNS issue with the number they had reconnected and they their team didn't start for another three hours, it was 9 am.

I have now had to send my team of four home while I wait for them to come back to me.

Once again the customer service officer was not exactly rude but just sounded like he had better things to be doing.
