Pros: the package is great - when it works
Cons: 30-40 mts wait when you call the support line. No customer friendly system to resolve urgent issues like my phone not working for over 5 days - not yet resolved. IINET does not seem to realise how important it is to have at least phones working in a family.

I signed up in Feb 08 and within about 6 weeks my telephone and internet has been down for over 5 days now. IINET could not tell me when it will be back. There is no "customer service charter/guarantee". You are put on hold for over 30-40 minutes each time you call them on 132258(try it). Still waiting for my phone/net to be fixed. I am locked into a 24 month contract. If I could get out of the contract without penalties, I would think quit seriously about it, considering the poor service and almost zero updates. Very poor for a communications company. I have managed to speak to the support line three times and sent three emails. I am still waiting for a "Responsiblie customer relations Manager" to call me. AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.
