Who reads Oz Broadband Review?

People who are about to switch internet plans. They turn up looking for something specific. What is Aussie Broadband actually like to live with, is a 100/20 plan worth the extra money, what are people in my postcode getting at 8pm on a Tuesday. They read two or three pages and then they sign up somewhere.

That is a narrow audience and we are happy with that. We would rather send you a small number of people who are ready to buy than a big number who are reading about how fibre works and have no intention of changing anything.

What we have built

  • 1,274 published customer reviews going back to 2004. Every review is moderated before it goes live, reviewers confirm their email address, and since early 2026 we verify by SMS as well.
  • 34 providers with their own review page, rating breakdown, plan list and head to head comparison pages against every other provider we cover.
  • 358 live plans across NBN, home wireless and satellite. Prices are pulled from provider sites and checked, so the tables are not six months out of date.
  • A speed test that records postcode, connection type and time of day, so a result can be compared against other people on the same technology in the same area.

What we can offer

Banner advertising

Display banners in the sidebar, at the top of the page, or in the footer, running across the whole site.

  • Impressions and clicks are logged against your specific banner, so the monthly numbers you get are counted, not estimated.
  • You supply the creative or we can put something together with you.
  • Sold by the month. No long lock in.

Affiliate partnership

If you are a provider, we can list your plans in the comparison tables, the plan finder, the deals page and the blog plan widgets. You pay a commission when someone signs up, so there is no upfront spend.

  • We can run through Commission Factory, Rakuten Advertising, or a direct arrangement.
  • Your plans get pulled and refreshed regularly, so pricing stays accurate without you sending us a spreadsheet every month.
  • Affiliate rows carry a Partner badge, which readers can see. Being upfront about it is why they trust the tables.

Sponsored content

A sponsored article or a provider spotlight on the blog, written to actually be useful rather than to read like a press release.

  • Clearly labelled as sponsored at the top of the post.
  • You get to check the facts before it goes live. The angle and the wording stay with us.
  • Posts stay up and keep working. We do not take them down after 30 days.

Data and research

We are sitting on 22 years of first party data that does not exist anywhere else, and we can licence it or run custom cuts of it for you.

  • Customer review scores by provider, by year, by state and by connection type.
  • Plan and price history across the providers we track.
  • Speed test results by postcode, connection type and time of day.
  • Useful for benchmarking, media releases, or an internal look at how you compare.

What we do not sell

Ratings, rankings, and review removal. The star rating on a provider page is the average of what readers scored them and nothing changes that number. If a review is factually wrong or breaches our terms we will look at it, but "we would like this one gone" is not a reason.

We also do not run pop ups, auto playing video, or ads that chase the reader down the page. People come here to make a decision and anything that gets in the way of that costs us more than it earns.

You can read the full affiliate disclosure and how we rank providers if you want the detail.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you want and how long you want it for, so there is no rate card on this page. Tell us what you have in mind and we will come back with a price. If you already have a budget, put it in the form, it saves a round trip.

One person, not a sales team. Dan reads and answers these enquiries himself, so you are dealing with the person who runs the site. Expect a reply within two business days.
