Cost of NBN has increased. Not happy.

Pros: Budget service.
Cons: Difficult to make payments, set up direct debits and use the online account platform.
You get what you pay for. Customer service is ok once you get onto somebody. However, the whole online account platform is difficult to navigate. Had a number of issues setting up direct debits, gave up in the end and pay manually.

Pros: Good NBN and VOIP
Cons: Slow, expensive, and odd payment processing issues/delays
I came over after MNF gave up NBN Personal.
Southern Phone have been OK lately, but you get what you pay for and nothing more.

Pros: One of the few providers to offer 100/20 at my premises over FTTN. Almost always achieve advertise speeds. Free year of Amazon Prime for signing up
Cons: CGNAT is in place by default which makes accessing your network remotely challenging thankfully a quick phone call was all that was required to resolve this. The web portal can be slow, particularly in Safari.
Generally pretty good service.
I've had a couple of outages but they have always been during prolonged rain, so for all I know it's a me problem and not a Southern Phone problem.
Speeds rarely drop below advertised rates..
