What real customers say about Superloop

Customers frequently praise Superloop for its reliable and consistent internet speeds, with many reporting full rated speeds even during peak evening hours. Several reviewers highlighted the ease of signing up and transferring from previous providers, often experiencing no downtime. The customer service team also received positive mentions for being helpful and responsive, with some noting quick resolution of issues.

However, a recurring concern among customers is the frequent price increases after initial promotional periods, leading some to consider switching providers. While connection reliability is generally good, a few reviewers reported slow response times or difficulties with technical support, particularly when escalating complex issues to NBN technicians. Some also mentioned not receiving advertised speeds due to backend infrastructure limitations.

Okay but needs infrastructure improvement

Inexpensive, usually reliable, fixed ip of you need one

Slower backend infrastructure

Tends to be okay for the most part but you get nowhere near the listed speeds because the backend infrastructure can't handle that.

Superloop very easy transfer from previous company

Easy to contact. Good app. Good communication of scheduled updates.

None yet

Transferred from Aussie Broadband to Superloop due to Aussie BB not being able to offer 500 speed plan, Superloop handled changeover, experienced no downtime, simply woke up on the day scheduled for changeover and everything was done and working.

Fibre to the home, 100 reliable

Speed consistent, no dropouts, competitive price

None

We were with Aussie Broadband for many years before going away travelling for 3 year. Upon return Fibre to the Home had been installed so we upgraded. We looked seriously at Aussie Broadband, but neighbours had just gone with superloop and it was significantly cheaper so though we would give it a go. Has been flawless. Full rated speed all day every day, zero dropouts in the 2 years, very low latency, comptetitve price (now $108 per month with unlimited downloads), we wanted better upload speeds and reliability as we both worked from home and both ran regular online classes so went with the 250/100, it is a TotalBiz plan, but used at a residential address, had to go that way to get the 100 upload. Very happy and highly recommended. If you want a 10% discount and feel my review was worth something to you, feel free to use the code SLC-1394227 to give us both 10% off for the next 6 months

South Australian company with local support and a great signup deal. Swapping from my old ISP to Superloop was all done and dusted within 10 minutes with FTTP.

Great upload speed

Only company that offers 100Mb/s upload without maxing out download

Slightly expensive

I just love being able to upload so fast for my backups. Otherwise, it's very good in peak hours and no slow downs. Highly recommended.

Just a bit off

Reliable, affordable, free upgrade days

Lengthy wait with support

These guys are among the best for reliability, and I really appreciate the 5 days per month free speed upgrade - especially because it's cumulative so just now I'm using 20 days in a row.
I'm doing that because something is a bit off with my 500/20 connection and so I need the additional bandwidth of 1000/20 just to be usable. I haven't had any real helpful support from them.

Great customer service

Customer service, price, reliability.

They connected through port 2 when I specified port 1.

I contacted them after they connected the wrong port. My old ISP had charged me again. Since it was superloop's sister company, they waived the bill and vonnected me again through port 1. I was happy with this customer service.

Reliable and good value for money

+ Reliability, speed, value for money

– Lack of incentives to keep existing customers

Reliable and good value for money. Frequent incentives/discounts to attract new customers. Would be good if there were some more incentives to retain existing customers, such as discount and competitions etc…

Reliable Australian broadband company

Reliable, Australian support, reasonable prices

Could be cheaper

I got tired of the price increases at Telstra, so decided to switch. I considered Aussie Broadband, Superloop and a couple of other brands less well known. I decided on Superloop because at the time they had a good deal and were cheaper than AB, but with better reputation than the lesser brands. I have had no issues with them in the several years I have been with them and besides the price creeping up a bit, I am quite happy to still be with them.
