Monthly champions
The provider whose customers measured closest to what they pay for, month by month. Not the fastest provider. The one that delivered what it sold.
No month has been awarded yet. A champion needs 20 results from one provider in a single month, where those people also told us their plan tier. The closest any provider has come is 1 in Sep 2026. We would rather award nothing than crown a winner on a handful of tests, because a thin sample implies losers just as loudly as it implies a winner.

Providers that deliver what they sell
The share of the advertised tier that each provider's customers actually measured. A modest plan that delivers everything ranks above a fast one that doesn't, which is the whole point of measuring it this way.

A provider appears here once at least 25 of its customers have tested and told us their plan tier, and the median of those results is at least 85% of what the plan is sold as. The closest so far has 9 results and needs 16 more. We publish nothing about a company until the sample can carry it, and we don't publish a bottom of the table at all.
