Price rise ruined it
Easy to setup and tech support was quick enough
Some random downtime
If you can get this plan using the commbank discount it's well worth it, however they have recently raised the price and i'm struggling to see the value. I sometimes get weird periods of downtime during peak usage and that can be down for a good hour.

NBN was put in quickly, customer service good and modern blow up and they replaced it quickly

Great value for Commbank customers
Big discount for comm bank Yello customers, now using Aussie broadband network which is reliable
Nothing since the swap, previously internet would drop out late at night
More rewards provides great value for money if you're on the Commbank rewards program. The discounts are great and over 3 years, now that they are on the Aussie broadband network it has provided much better stability and speed

Signed up to More NBN due to a Commonwealth Bank discount offer (35% off my bill). Connection has been stable and reliable, and speeds are as advertised. No issues with connection. Customer service is easy to contact via live chat. I have only had one issue with the company - an incorrect invoice was issued and took several instances to correct.
