Our modem was having issues and we could not get the Wifi to work throughout our house, speeds were slow, as I was based in Perth their customer service hours with daylight savings were no good to me with my work hours. I tried the troubleshooting from their website and it did not improve our service, I tried to contact the team on the number and when I did manage to get help, the help they suggested di not improve our service. I suggested there was a problem with the modem as the 2.4Ghz was functioning but the 5Ghz was not, they said it wasn't the modem and wouldn't replace it. I was getting 20Mbps on a plan that was supposed to provide 100. I have now switched to a new provider and getting 110Mbps for the same money.

Belong runs on Telstra infrastructure and offers easy to understand online account controls.
Over the past year, there have been 3 price rises, the last of which will take effect on October 2023
They have implemented the complete removal of all options to have a dynamic IP address for residential consumers and there is no more options to pay extra for a dynamic IP address.
Ever since the removal of my dynamic IP address a few months ago, I have noticed constant connection issues and regular drop out of service.
The technical support team have been of no help when I encounter connection issues or drop out since most of these issues occur after support line hours, which lastly brings me to the fact that there is no 24 hour support line.

Its a cheap plan when all goes right, but is you have problems. The call center's abroad and are hard to reach. And it takes time for things to be fixed.

I've been with Belong in two different homes and can always rely on a good internet connection.

Great company for value for money NBN - have not had a negative experience so far - however no easy way to reach customer service. If this not an issue for you, definitely recommend

We are really happy with the monthly price but have noticed some connection issues and are wondering if this would resolve if we changed providers

Great service when need it

the only true problem is that you must be logged in with your account to see the current service status. Which is quite a pain when the bill payer isn't tech support.
It can also be very frustrating when they have an incomplete website for support.

Had them for a while at one address and they were good, moved houses and connection went to sh*t. was told that they must have overloaded their capacity in the area

Belong are a relatively well-priced option in the marketplace but they are a no-frills internet company. They do not have anyone for you to call when support is required.
Upon set up they mixed up accounts and advised I could not use my email address despite setting up an internet account on line with said email address. First they said I would have to give them another email address, but I should not have to have done so and after 2 weeks of complaining they finally figured out how to allocate to my actual email address. Weird.
I already had a modem and attempted to have this set up once they had confirmed my account was activated, but no one was able to help with this. They instead went on and on about not being able to use my current email address for my account so that I was unable to use my perfectly good working modem for 2 weeks in the wait for Belong's free modem to arrive.
I was alone at set up and managed to figure it out with the new Belong modem. I left a complaint via Belong's website form and received a call back during work hours with a voice to sms that provided me with a number to call back that was incorrect. I was unable to speak to anyone at any time on the phone.
Okay to use if nothing goes wrong and you have multiple possible email addresses to use in case they do something weird on their end with your account and need more than one email address, but things go wrong with technology (even without their weird issues) so it is running the gauntlet if you sign up with Belong, at least from what my experience has been.
