Great company with Australian support
Higher download speed than most. Paying for 500/50 I get at least 520/48.
No real negatives, but still trying to solve occasional issue that is probably NBNs fault.
I've asked for support 3 times, I think. There's a very obscure issue with short dropouts that I've had for a while. Latest support response was very very good. On a chat for well over an hour, with a lot of back and forth and expert consultation. Currently running a smokeping test. Leaptel agent and I agree that it's almost certainly NBN's fault but we have to get proof.

Australian helpdesk, reliable connection, easy to deal with.
Slightly more expensive
Leap is an good company to deal with - their helpdesk is local, and they value their customers. They offer a discount for existing customers - rather than other companies who will only do it for new customers. It builds loyalty and gives you a reason to stay.
