My Vodafone 5G home internet plan has been able to support me with all my working from home needs over the pandemic, as well as all of my various streaming and downloading. I appreciate the monthly discount for people who bundle it with their phone plan (although I find their mobile 5G coverage to be spotty when leaving the city). The service is fast, effective, and the wifi speed is good and consistent.
I would urge other customers to be wary - Vodafone are frequently upgrading their network, and my biggest issue has been drops in coverage with this. There is usually warning given, but it can be very inconvenient.

Customer Service: I have always had a seamless time contacting and resolving problems with Vodafone's customer service team. 5/5
Technical Support: As above, the Customer Service ties in with their ability to offer fantastic Technical Support. 5/5
Connection Reliability: My previous plan (which was with Vodafone) worked perfectly, I have recently upgraded to their new "Smart" Modem which has resulted in some slight connection degradation. Multiple outage interruptions throughout the day has significantly impacted by outlook on this service. 3/5
Value for Money: I have been offered cheaper rates (by Vodafone) for this exact product. I recently attempted to convert to NBN which unfortunately fell through, and I am as such back with Vodafone's 4G Wireless Connection. 3/5

Vodaphone has looked after us for 4 years now without any problems. Last year they put us on a great plan based around our usage. Great instore staff, always willing to help without waiting too long

I was an existing customer with vodafone, moved to mate and rejoined. No drop outs

Regretting switching from optus to vodafone. The speeds are lower and the internet drops out all day everyday. They are telling us the problem is in our lines and we need to pay an electrician to fix it. We had no problems with optus for 6 years here before hand and it changed the day we switched over. Do not switch to them!

The customer service is very good as you are paired with a real person rather than a bot. You talk with a very friendly person who always can give you an answer. The data is capped at 20mb/s, but it is more than fine for non-competitive gaming and up to 1440p YouTube video streaming.
The Voda network coverage is quite patchy in my experience in North Sydney, sometimes I'm only getting 3-4Mmb/s download and upload, which is too slow to do anything more than web surfing. Also have experienced a few random cut-outs, typically lasting a few minutes.

Very happy with our vodafone service. We've only had minor issues and they've been fixed straight away.

I've had extensive issues with customer service, their wait time and the attitude of customer service staff which is clearly outsourced to Asia (india - this was confirmed on the phone call).
The price and service is good however and is the only reason why i've stayed.
