Tangerine have been fantastic and have come to the table with loyalty offers when I have reached out in the past. However, they are limited to a max of 6 month per offer and it's a once and go type deal.
This time I found a better deal. Rather than retain me, they directed me to join their sister company instead, but only if I'm a CBA customer.

On the 26th Dec. 23 we on the Gold Coast were hit with an extremely heavy storm with very powerful winds it's since been called a Tornado. My internet was knocked out. It took Tangerine after many phone calls 2 weeks to get NBN to fix the problem BUT the NBN teck guy went into the pit out front of my house lifted out this box with a lot of cables hanging out he then grabbed a big screwdriver and hit the box with the handle of his screwdriver several times he then told me to check the box in my office and i found all lights working he said these boxes get upset from all the lightening and stop working.. He was at my house for 10mins. all fixed this was on the 7th Jan.24 But when I received an invoice from Tangerine they charged me for the whole month and on top of that the records of my complaint in my on line portal shows the complaint was made on the 26th Dec. and completed on the 27th all this happened 1 day after i made a claim for a refund for 2 weeks of no internet

I have been with Tangerine for a number of years in both Sydney and Melbourne. I have consistently had reliable connection and speeds. I have had difficulty setting up my services in the past, however they are always super helpful and get the problem sorted for me. Sometimes I have had to wait on the phone for a while though to get connected.

They are prompt with their customer service, however, internet connection isn't always reliable and will cut in and out especially during poor weather.
