Terrible experience
Internet generally worked.
After canceling my service due to low speeds, I was given an extremely high cancellation bill and threatened to be reported to debt collectors if I didnt pay immediately.
Home speed tests showed very poor speeds, but nothing was done about my enquiries. When I finally cancelled the service I was quickly sent a large cancellation bill with a threat to be reported to a debt collector if I didn’t pay quickly.
