Reliable network

Reliable network, works in the country, honest about patchy areas, great service.

Costs are high, although competitive. Otherwise, nothing.

Telstra is the only company to use if you live in a smaller, less populated area, as they are the only company that honestly has a reliable service, despites others' claims. Plans are competitive and customer service is excellent, with call centres in Australia.

No other choice

Good price

No customer service, sketchy connection reliability

Living rurally, we have no other choice of internet provider. Sadly, Telstra has zero customer service, and the internet is not reliable.

Great customer service, great value as they have provided discount on the plan

Long term customer, provided discount to the plan, never paid the plan rate

Had to chat to different parties to negotiate the increased plan price but succeeded

Overall satisfied with speed, I receive more than 100 mbps speed.

Easy to navigate

Good Tech support

Expensive

Purchased several 2.6GH products and needed to know how to change from 5 GH band. This was explained to me exactly how to do this. Fantastic service. I would not have known how to do this myself.

Solid and reliable as always

remains the strongest and most reliable network as ever, quick and responsive customer service.

Its not priced as competitively as other VPNs. Loyalty benefits can be a bit cryptic to navigate.

Telstra proves to still be the most reliable service, out of all the Telco's on the Aussie market, offering little to no network blackspots throughout Regional, Suburban and Metropolitan areas.
They offer many generous plans, however the cost isn't as competitive as other Telco's, especially with the large number of VPNs in the Market.
However, you do get what you pay for and their responsive customer service and advice, makes up for it.
Nevertheless I would most definitely, recommend Telstra to any of my family and friends.

Havent had problems

Well known and trusted company, good price

None so far perhaps some ppl may feel treated like a number seeing that theyre big business

Haven't had any problems with Telstra, they gave us a competitive price which nobody else could beat

The customer service is always helpful and quick when you need help with issues. Sometimes do have issues with internet connections and the internet dropping out.

Reliable but pricey

Reliable and easy to set up

Not the best value

Suits my needs with reliable service and good speeds - able to stream video to three devices without any issues. A little pricey in comparison to similar plans from other providers but it's reliable and no fuss.

Inconsistent but good when it works

When the connection is stable, it is great

Connection quality varies

Our family has been with Telstra for more than a decade, and there have definitely been improvements over the years. Connection quality and stability has always been an issue though, which sometimes is without explanation or forewarning. I do believe that they are still better than a lot of the competition, although definitely not the best in my area.

Far too expensive

Customer retention is good

customer service/help desk is avaerage

Being a Telstra customer for many years, i would have thought that they would look after me on price, even though competitors have cheaper prices. I will be calling their retention for a better deal, failing that i will move to a competitor.
